The cinereous were great we were given the opportunity to assess the situation and help the person that was in trouble. This is my very first CPR first aid course that I took and I have to say I was very happy with the two day course. Instructor Carmen was so amazing she taught us so well step-by-step explained. Everything always asked if we had any questions. She was very thorough with everything. I would definitely take this course again with instructor. I've trained at another place and they weren't as informative as Action First.
