I've done first aid training before, but found it didn't stick, and didn't give me confidence. However, for Action First Aid, the online portion of the training was engaging and fun, it seemed to have a great layout and thought out experience. The in class portion was even better with Peter as the instructor, he had a great deal of personal experience to share with us, and explained the class portion with what we needed in a fun way! I left feeling I could actually do something in a situation if one was to happen.

Our instructor was Peter, and he gave several real life examples of scenarios from his background as a first responder, as well as injecting humor at every opportunity -- loved the clip from The Office ?. It was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and came out knowing a lot more than I anticipated. Hopefully I will never need any of what I learned, but if I do, I feel confident in my capabilities.
The online portion was also good, some of the videos a bit lengthy.
