ANTI-INFLAMMATORY RECIPES

 

 

Anti-Inflammatory Morning Tea (also great for the common cold!)

  • 2 cups warm/hot water
  • 1-2 tsp. honey (raw)
  • 1 lemon, 1 lime juiced
  • 1 inch piece of fresh turmeric & ginger, sliced or grated
  • Dash of cayenne & cinnamon
  • Steep 5-10 mins (or let it sit overnight) 

Berry Boost Smoothie – A great breakfast on the go!

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Blend until smooth & enjoy!
